Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or by writing to support@quantumridgesystems.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for: your plan, its map access, and any remaining included analyses stay available until that date, and you are not charged again.

We do not pro-rate or refund the unused part of a billing period, except as described below.

Subscription refunds

• First billing period. If Arcanium is not right for you, write to us within 14 days of your first subscription charge and we will refund it in full.
• Billing errors. If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after a valid cancellation, or the wrong plan — we will correct it and refund the difference.
• Renewals. If you intended to cancel and were charged for a renewal you did not use, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will consider a refund in good faith.

Custom analyses

Custom analyses beyond your plan's monthly allowance are priced by the area you select, and the price is shown to you before the analysis runs. Because each analysis consumes computing resources and third-party data at the moment you request it, a completed analysis is generally not refundable.

We will, however, refund an analysis charge in any of these cases:

• the analysis failed and produced no result — you are not charged for failed runs, and if a charge was raised we will reverse it;
• the analysis produced results materially affected by a fault on our side;
• you were charged more than the price displayed to you when you submitted the area.

How to request a refund

Email support@quantumridgesystems.com from the address on your account, with the charge date and, for an analysis, the name you gave it. We aim to respond within three business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Failed payments

If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to charge again and notify you. If payment cannot be completed, the subscription ends and the account returns to a free account — your published analyses remain in our system and become available again if you resubscribe.
