Arcanium is a global real-asset undervaluation engine. It examines land, natural resources, and physical infrastructure that may be undervalued because the information needed to price them correctly is scattered, inconsistent, or simply never assembled. Arcanium closes that gap, giving clients a fuller valuation of real assets through its nine-variable model.
The world is divided into one-kilometre squares. Every square is scored on nine independent variables — water, minerals, access, agriculture, population, governance, climate hazard, economic momentum, and development — and those scores are combined into a single opportunity score you can rank, filter, and compare.
Crucially, every score is measured on one absolute scale. A site in South Carolina and a site in Costa Rica that both read 44 mean the same thing, so a portfolio can be compared across markets rather than only within one.
An interactive opportunity map covering every published region, ranked site by site, with a full dossier behind each square: what each variable measured, how confident the model is, and where the number came from. Coastal regions add sea-level scenario projections, so you can see which land a given scenario takes and which it leaves.
