Population Growth & Demographic Pressure

Variable PGDP of nine · scored for every 1 km site

Population pressure is the ultimate demand driver for real assets.

More people require more housing, more food, more infrastructure, and more commercial space — and all of those demands ultimately translate into land value. The demographic dividend that accompanies a rising working-age population creates a predictable, decades-long tailwind for real-asset demand in markets undergoing transition.

Arcanium measures both the level and the direction: how many people occupy each square today, and which way that number has been moving. A dense square with a falling population and a thinner one filling rapidly are different investments, and a measure that captured only headcount would rate them alike.

Both components are read at the square itself, not inherited from a district or national average, so the growth signal survives at the scale a site is actually bought at.
